We are a micro roasting operation in the neighborhood of Cypress Park, Los Angeles with a passion for delicious coffee.
We make sure that you get the best flavor out of each bag of specialty coffee through constant trial and error. Once we maximize the flavor characteristics of the coffee, we are able to replicate the results through Roast Profiling and adhering to strict quality guidelines.
Our emphasis is also on coffee importers that value and respect the environment and their relationship with farmers & cooperatives through Direct Trade. To us, it is an important link in the chain of getting quality and sustainable coffee from farmer to consumer.
